I think non repository maintainers doesn't have such option. I have triggered it anyway.

oh. you're right. just checked on a PR of mine, on a repo I'm not the maintainer of.

@nguyenvietlam0640. That case, you can rebase on top of 16.0 head commit, and push again. that will rerun the jobs.
