Individual term IRIs are linked to a definition. Textual definitions may change slightly, but if the substantive meaning of a term changes, a new term IRI should be minted. One outcome of this is that when reusing external terms, it should not matter which version of the external ontology it is imported from. Note: If the entities that would be grouped under a class change, then the term ID should change.
