FAQ question "How do I edit the metadata for my ontology?" is missing information about the domain and tags YAML properties

I noticed that the "domain" property seems to take values from the following list, which is not mentioned in the FAQ:

• agriculture
• anatomy and development
• biological systems
• chemistry and biochemistry
• diet, metabolomics, and nutrition
• environment
• health
• information
• information technology
• investigations
• microbiology
• organisms
• phenotype
• simulation
• upper

I'm not sure if "tags" is still being used, but there also isn't a description of what it is and whether, like "domain," there is a limited set of values that can be used.

We should try to generate a nice human-readable version of https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/blob/master/util/schema/registry_schema.json

basically converting this into some kind of sane markdown that we can add to the page.
