Mark ERO and OGI as obsolete?

from Marc: "I believe Nicole Vasilevsky put in a pull request to take the page down in early April 2021 after she reached out about the status of the ERO. I don’t know if there was something more I failed to do, but I understood from her message that it was all set. Please let me know if I can provide further information." so the answer is yes, go ahead and obsolete it.

It's finished! OGI incorporated into OGSF and ERO is obsoleted, closing.
