Currently ENVO is a home for energy. I created the following in https://github.com/EnvironmentOntology/envo/issues/618:

Does core agree with the placement under disposition, and should the root 'energy' be in core?

Happy to move this to core, but we should also keep a number of the high-level subtypes (chemical energy, kinetic energy, etc) in core too rather than farming them out.

We should have multiple domain-specific eyes on each of these to make sure they work globally.
