Include matter phases?

Looking at the allotrope foundational ontology, they have subclasses of IC for phases of matter:

This partially shadows their SDC hierarchy (some of which comes from PATO)

On the one hand, I don't like shadow classes and I feel phases should be qualities in PATO and beneath the shoreline of what core cares about. On the other hand, I can see the utility of having named classes for material entities like a portion of gas, and core would be the natural home for these?

We also have related classes in ENVO on the material level (liquid materials, solid materials, colloidal suspensions etc), leveraging PATO qualities.

These are general enough to be in Core, and offer a material grounding for phases.
