Shall we move all instructions on "How to Set Up X" to a single place?

Things like:

How to set up docker/odk How to install ROBOT How to install Protege with ELK 0.5

are useful in their own rights, and IMO should be added in a single place, rather than scattered around the course units. Is there any objection to this? @beckyjackson @jamesaoverton @nicolevasilevsky
