Is Tengine support symmetric per-layer quantization?

I saw the following quant tools in build:

  • quant_tool_uint8
  • quant_tool_uint8_perchannel
  • quant_tool_int8

and I wander why Tengine doesn't support symmetric perchannel quantization?
