fix installation url

The url for downloading "gen-pkg-config-pc" and "Computelibrary/Makefile" in User Quick Guide cannot work properly, because the original url is the webpage's url, so you'll get the webpage's html file by "wget", and you'll get the right file instead of using the raw file's url.
