LAN-only or FULL access clients and other LAN stuff

• setup OpenVPN LAN network during installation
• setup outer LAN for lan-only access during installation
• create lan-only-access and full-access clients
• two different templates for lan-only-access and full-access
• add LAN DNS IP when creating a client

For my sole needs (IPv4 only). It needs further development to become more versatile and ipv6 supportive :)

It should've been made foolproof when entering new added values. My mod doesn't validate them.

for the last case we can do that using wireshark on server virtual machine and then configuring client virtual machine via ading the ip address with custom dns server. after that if we apply packet capturing using wireshark we can be able to solve that
