Unable to open Translator Interface

The help talk about press ALT+~ but Spanish keyboards are not the same than english, and is unable to open. Any Way to help me?

you must press Alt + the key right of the P key. presona ALT mas la tecla de la derecha de la "P" de tu teclado

Not Work... i get ALT+´ I press the next key and not work too, after this i try to press ALT and every key on keyboard and not work, dont open
