[FeatReq] Please add support for Tailscale

Please add support for Tailscale. I use it to securely store or retrieve my files from my NAS at home, and to send files to other people or to my iPad. And it is great. But installing its client is difficult if you are on a devbox with reduced privileges. fclone instead easily installs and works everywhere. Can you add it to the supported platforms? The Tailscale API is pretty simple.
