markdown block quotes have background color even with a transparent color scheme

Describe the bug The highlight group @markup.quote is not transparent with ChadrcConfig.ui.transparency = true .

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set ChadrcConfig.ui.transparency to true
  2. Write a markdown file with a block quote
  3. See issue

Expected behavior The background of the block quote should be transparent if the color scheme is set to have transparency.
