[Request] VS Code Dark Modern Theme

I have some eye sight issues, and the Dark Modern theme (It's different from the standard VS Code Dark theme already in NVChad) from VS Code is the one that's easiest for me to read. Only thing missing before I can switch to nvchad full time:

sadly i can add it only in v3.0!!

you can port it and use as custom theme, check base46 readme

This turned out to be very time consuming. Until siduck implements it, here's my workaround
