feat: add dark mode to all pages and components

Resolves #2 Added dark mode (based on Zinc color variants) Added in:

  • Footer
  • Header
  • Investor Table
  • Searchbar
  • Stats

Added a simple Hook for handling the dark mode with the localStorage

Missing: White logo (is there's any simple svg coded one ?)
