Port to 1.7.x
Is there any update on the port? Is the code on the dev branch finished?
Not much sadly, this project has been mostly abandoned... The code in the dev branch is almost functional - well, except lamps and tools aren't quite finished.
Anyone is free to fork this and help out, I'll accept any PRs.
Oh, i miss this thing
im really sad to see this isnt updated, my previous maps used alot of the lights =[
@givemhell I can try to make converter that converts all NumiRP lamps to Project Red/BluePower/RedLogic but it will take some time as I don't have graphics card right now and it will take some time for ASUS to repair/replace/refund it.
@D3add3d if you have skype add, if you send me an address or PObox il mail you a few, granted their outdated but they ran world of warcraft on low settings
i tried to use mIDasGold to convert them to other blocks but it just fucked up the entire world file multiple times,
@givemhell Oh don't worry it won't take that long it's a warranty repair and it really makes more sense to me to just wait few days than to pay postal charges for some old graphics card that has 1/1000 of power that my overclocked GTX770 has. (Not speaking of the time it would take for it to get here)
@D3add3d id still like to add you on skype if you got it, and thank you in advance for taken this up, i seriously dont know what id do without this
@givemhell I tried to approach this issue with overriding the FML MissingMapping REMAP but I couldn't find any valid use of this so I will just try to update NumiRP
PS: send me an e-mail with your skype name and I will add you(I'm not willing to post my skype name online)
@D3add3d i sent you an email but idk if you got it
@givemhell Yes I got it but I still don't have the graphics card back. It will probably take another week.
@D3add3d any luck with your card?
@givemhell ASUS returned it stating that is it absolutely OK so I ran diagnostics and it seems that everything is fine except the mobo which I can't test in any way. I will try to update NumiRP and then get my mobo tested and fixed.
@givemhell I'm sorry I absolutely forgot about you... However I looked at Numerios's code and I couldn't figure out his structure and I'm not really good at OpenGL stuff nor Java(I'm mainly web developer) so don't think I will be able to update it. Again I'm really sorry, try asking around on MCF if someone could try updating it.
First off, I am really sorry for not noticing this thread.
The structure of the mod is utter c*ap and honestly, as I've written many times, NumiRP is free to take and port. I don't have the time, nor the will to update it further.
If anyone wants to, there is a branch with attempted modularised rewrite with just a few things missing, so that would probably be a good starting point.
If anyone wants to take this over, feel free (it is opensource after all), just PM me, so I know.
