[Feature request] To auto-sell items at highest median prices within certain period?

As title, can we have the options to sell items at highest or custom top-percentage of prices within certain periods like a week or month? For example, I want to sell items at the median price within the red(highest prices) or white(top-20% prices) rectangle? Thanks!
