Write a short description about the issue No items are displayed in inventory when in creative gamemode using latest nukkit version

@mitchellbot does this also fix the player timeout crashes, i ask because someone mentioned the 2 were related in some way

@FienixEC It doesn't, I just re-arranged some things to change the timing of when the inventory is built. I'm noticing a lot of the problems with Nukkit are with packets and tick timing though so they probably are all related.
