[INFO] Looking for Co-Maintainer and Developers

Hi!

Well, the title says it all. Ultimate Pollbot needs people that are willing to implement features. There's a load of cool and interesting features, cleanup work and just ordinary maintenance that needs to be done.

I could still be available for questions and I would still review PRs, but I'll most likely do very little coding. I'll continue to host and maintain the @ultimate_poll_bot telegram bot instance, but I basically stopped working on my old python projects.

The pollbot has all the features I need and thereby I see it as feature-complete. New features need to be coded by other volunteers.
