[Request] display telegram account name instead of first name / surname

Hey.

It seems that telegram displays the telegram first name / surname in non-anonymous votes.

It would be quite helpful, if one could choose instead to display the telegram account name, ideally prefixed with an "@". This has the advantage of being a unique name and (with the @-prefix) one can easily copy&paste parts of the vote and tag all these people in a message.

This should even work somehow for people who haven't chosen a username yet, telegram seems t assign a unique number then, and e.g. the Telegram webinterface completes @name to "@123456789 (given name)" in such cases, which also tags such people.
