Ghost of Tsushima and reflex.

Per my tests, reflex isn't working with Ghost of Tsushima as of newest build, at least while using in game fg.

This mod fixes it, and reflex works greatly reducing input lag. With in game and fg reflex+boost on I max at my monitor max 144hz/144fps, with this mod (universal DLL version) I max at 138fps the reflex cap... so its working, and it feels great. No ui bugs either its just like it "enables reflex."
