Screen tearing in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Hello everyone, I've been using this mod now for a couple weeks now but I can't get rid of the screen tearing. I've tried setting vertical sync to on and fast in nvidia control panel with no success. Does anyone know a fix for this?
