Broadcast & Plainbroadcast Not Showing Up In-Game Through Console

Describe the bug

When running /broadcast or /plainbroadcast through console, nothing appears in-game through chat. Running the commands as a player works just fine. There are no errors in the console. It actually appears to work correct like nothing is wrong.
