[Feature Request] World nicknames and token support

What are you trying to do?

When using tokens for example, {currentworld} in chat, literal LevelName is used. This makes things like The Nether display DIM-1 or a mod world like Twilight Forest shows DIM7.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would like to be able to set a nickname for worlds that could be used in a token. eg; /world nick <name> and {currentworldnick}

Describe alternatives you've considered

Renaming worlds or changing levelname has undesirable results(see; breaks things), especially with mods

Really on the fence about this. A simple plugin could replicate this easily, but then, it wouldn't be difficult to add...

Would be useful with Gluon and placeholders as well, and would be nice to have. :D
