Creating rbf file to blink leds on Bladerf A4

I am making rbf file to flash into the A4, but upon running the command ./build_bladerf.sh -b bladeRF-micro -r hosted -s A4 mid way of code, i get some weird errors. This is my first time doing this and dont have anyone to take help from.
