Please remember publishing options (checkboxes)

Hello, this bug has been around at least since version 3.2 and it's kind of annoying. I see it's still present in 5.6.

We use a private repository (Klondike) which doesn't use the "api/v2/package" suffix, so we need the option to be disabled, but we have to do it on each and every publish because the UI just won't remember that.

I consider it a Bug and not a Feature Request, as other settings on the same dialog (namely Publishing Url and PAT) are remembered correctly (thanks God!).
