Admin >> Clear content cache click not working anymore

Impact

I'm unable to use NuGet.org

Describe the bug

Go to the admin menu of the development environment and click on Clear content cache. Observe the network calls - no network call is made. I'm not sure if it's related to Dark theme change or not, at least it's broken now.

Now repeat the same thing in the INT environment. You will see a network call is made to ClearContentCache and Admin API.

It should make network call
