[Feature]: Show the full framework name when you hover over the TFMs in the Filter Panel

Problem

We're showing the full framework name in the framework badges (".NET Framework 4.5"), but only the TFM short name in the Filter Panel ("net45").

Solution

Show the full framework name if you hover above the TFM in the filter panel.
