[NuGet.org Bug]: Load the package details page for packages with many versions

I'm unable to use NuGet.org

Describe the bug

It takes seconds to load the package details page for packages with many versions.

Repro Steps

1. Go to https://www.nuget.org/packages/Octopus.Server.MessageContracts.
2. It takes seconds to load this page.

Expected Behavior

As more and more package versions are published, loading all package versions may not be an ideal UI/UX experience. Adding pagination to the package details page may be helpful.
