[NuGet.org Bug]: Status page should show the time zone of a timestamp.
Impact
It bothers me. A fix would be nice
Describe the bug
Status page shows the timeline, but it is not clear about the time zone. It is better that a timestamp is marked with the time zone.
Repro Steps
- On this URL: https://status.nuget.org/
- The time zone used in history is unclear.
Expected Behavior
Status page lists the time zone of a timestamp.

Additional Context and logs

There seems to be a Tooltip showing UTC time when hovering over that timestamp. Could display the timezone beside each timestamp, or show something under History. Example: "All times shown in local timezone ([timezone abbreviation here])"
Not sure if it is same issue, but might be related. A UI issue of incorrectly showing wrong "UTC" label, while actual time is converted to local time on nuget.org website.
On stats page it shows update time like "20:34:10 UTC", but this incorrect (it would be time in future, even currently is 17:46 UTC). If I inspect response from server, unix timestamp shows that actual update time was 16:34:10, which would be exact 20:34:10 in my local timezone:
