Drill down from package statistics into package version statistics

When viewing package downloads for a package, grouped by Versions, click the Download number to drill into the package downloads for a package version.

If you're grouped by Version AND other fields, we should navigate into the version-specific statistics, grouped by the other fields you were already grouped by.

"package downloads for a package versions" is unreachable. We should definetly link to it. @anangaur ?
