Feature Request: Auto forward from any public/private channel to my channel without admin permission.

Actually there is a bot @tg_feedbot already in telegram. I just want to implement the same idea.

I want to implement features like [@tg_feedbot](https://t.me/tg_feedbot)  bot:
- Auto forward from any public/private channel  to your own channel.
- Auto forwarding must work even if the bot is not the admin of source channels.
- **Filters** Such that bot can auto edit the text-content from source bot and then forward to destination channel.
- We can set/edit the list of source and destination channels from the bot like: [Source1, Source2, Source3 ] to [destination1, destination2].
