Ability to remove onscreen ''Mouse button is unbound. Hit F4 to set"

Option to remove this onscreen prompt when a mouse button is not mapped to anything. I find myself hitting unused side buttons, and scroll wheel occasionally, and I get this screen a lot.

I think this is a bug. Hit this before as well.
