P2P seeder only instances for shaka dash playback

Hi,

I was wondering is there a way I can use this to run instances of just peer nodes to help performance of shaka dash playback? Like Without a player?

Edit: I am mostly interested in the first few chunks just to improve the initial load times and get the buffering ahead fast enough but any solution to this is appreciated.
