Gradual emulator lagging on certain ROMs when debug windows are open.

An issue I have with Mesen-S is how on some ROMs, the emulator gradually starts to lag when any kind of debug window is open. Incidentally, closing all debug windows will remove the lags but they naturally reappear one the windows open again.

This bug occasionally affects some of my projects but a public example where this issue appears is YUMP 2.
