Bugfix/mapping localization

  1. Fixed some bugs I had with the SLAM software. I setup the loop closure edges wrong and it should be fixed now.
  2. Added prototype localization module under src/mapping/localization. See README.md under there for more information. I already demo'd it to Justin and it was working fine. Hopefully someone could properly integrate it into the stack the future.
