Need a node that handles intersections

Could output a status message to the controller and LED matrix nodes for approaching, waiting, and proceeding through an intersection

Should use object tracking to look for incoming/waiting cars. Will need to distinguish between different types of intersections (T, 4 way stop sign, traffic lights)

Might need lane detection as well
