"skipping missing collection view for block" on and off

Description

I have a live website (https://mynotion.space) and everything will be working as expected and then eventually I will get the following error:

skipping missing collection view for block – "bdb6ea82-3ab1-43db-92d9-2d93f6d3f11c"

Then a few moments later I will refresh and the collection will render fine.
