Change Hover Color of Navbar Links

Describe the feature

When hovering over the navbar links, the current hover color (rgb(39, 38, 38)) is almost matching the background color, making it hard to distinguish the links. Additionally, the current color is not very attractive, and we want to enhance the visual appeal of the navigation bar.

@pallavisavant and @goyalh4164 Please assign me this task under GSSoC 2024. Thank you!
