Feat: Enhance UI Design for NoteVault

Describe the feature

As a user, I've noticed that the current UI design of NoteVault could be improved for better usability and visual appeal. I propose implementing the following enhancements:

Improved Themes: Introduce visually appealing themes with eye-catching colors to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the site.

Enhanced Navbar and Footer: Revamp the navbar and footer sections to provide better navigation and accessibility throughout the site.

Refined Card Design: Enhance the design of cards used throughout the site for better presentation of information.
