Solver leaving a lot of CP when more Quality can be done.

Required Information

Class: Alchemist Level: 83 Craftsmanship: 2606 Control: 2457 CP: 507 Recipe Name: Panaloaf Yeast Recipe Level: 83 Solver Seed: 1642311218188

Expected Behaviour

100% HQ and Progress

Actual Behaviour

Stops at 98% and leaves a huge chunk of CP left. 367 CP out of 507.

Steps To Reproduce

Start Quality set to 1860 due to using HQ Palm Sugar.

There's a strange rounding error right now where it assumes this to be 100% HQ for some reason, I'll get a fix in soon. For now, you can work around this by adding some HQ% margin on the right.

Thanks! I'm not sure how the HQ margin works. I'll give that a go though :)
