I'm also on Nvidia, this is not an issue I was able to reproduce. Spotify installed through flatpak or AUR work perfectly fine. Tried with a 1660s and a 3060.

I don't know if you are still having this issue, but this was acknowledged as an issue on Battle.net's end and was fixed recently.

I have a feeling that this has to do with the order monitors are enabled. My motherboard recognizes HDMI before DP, so HDMI-A-1 is treated somewhat like a "main" monitor.
