Hi, donations on NostrGit will be nostr-native lightning zaps, NIP-57. Users should be able to zap comments, pull-requests, commits, and all that stuff exactly like in othe nostr clients like Damus, Amethyst, Iris, etc. The idea is to use lightning prisms to split zaps to the relevant recipients if a repository is zapped directly.

I read about nostrgit and I want to contribute the ui/ux part to make a better user/developer experience. I'm a graphic designer and not a developer.

an idea: I wonder if all of you have thought of adding NIP-39 - External Identities in Profiles to receive financial donations for open source projects in NostrGit. Have you all considered adding NIP-39(External Identities in Profiles) to receive financial donations for open source projects in NostrGit?

ps: I recently thought about creating a user profile on nostrgit with open information where people can help me financially - whether interested or not. this can be done technically?
