[Issue]: World Stops Rendering In

What is the issue?

Everytime I open my world the world renders in the immediate surrounding chunk and then proceeds to not load in any new ones

To Reproduce

I have no idea how to reproduce this admittedly.

I've noticed in the log, it says Can't keep up! is the server overloaded? Running 2019ms or 40 ticks behind
