Can this be added to Home Assistant

I am unfamiliar with homebridge but have been trying to get the mighty mule driveway alarm added to my home assistant install. I have a bond bridge that won't see it, nor will my 433mhz sonoff RF bridge. It looks like the data posted is how to decode the signal transmitted by the mighty mule... Any suggestions on how to add this to home assistant.

Sorry if this is the wrong way/place to ask this question, but there are few people who see to be familiar with it and home automation.
