That is weird, have you tried resetting the setup/config by entering setoption19 0, then setoption19 1 in the device console?

It should be automatic without restarting homebridge

This appears to be an error triggered by a slow response time from `http://services.alarmnet.com/Services/MobileV2/GetLocations`. Am thinking that it can be ignored unless it is very repetitive.
