Make smos work report ignore calendar entries with special string

The new smos-notify tool ignores events that have the special string NO_SMOS_NOTIFY. It would be great if the work report also ignores these tasks.

This is useful for "focused work" events one creates on a work calendar to avoid others scheduling meetings during these times.
