There is now https://hackage.haskell.org/package/time-1.14/docs/Data-Time-Calendar-Quarter.html (yay!) but I don't see a way to do this: ``` > formatTime defaultTimeLocale "%Y-Q%Quarter" (fromGregorian 2024-04-30) 2024-Q2 ```

I got these errors while trying to deploy to the milan region: ``` * buildSecurityGroup: invalid EC2 region ‘eu-south-1’ * buildVolume: invalid EC2 region ‘eu-south-1’ ```

Upstream the concept of typed uuids

I made https://github.com/NorfairKing/typed-uuid#readme a while ago, and it may be worth upstreaming this concept to this package.
