Dont compile for arduino samd controller -- Arduino M0 Pro (Programming port)

Hi, I want to use this library for pairing and bonding purpose for my application but the controller I am using is Arduino M0 Pro. Now, when I compile I get error for EEPROM library not found.. So, can u help me with this , are there any compatible library found for samd.
