Laerdal.McuMgr C# bindings (around Nordic's Android & iOS native-libs) is now Open-Source

Based on previous discussions we've had a year back I'm overjoyed to announce that Laerdal has officially open-sourced its fully-managed C# wrapper for both Android and iOS/MacCatalyst along with the associated Nuget packages.
